Print Co was built on a simple idea: make great print and signage easy. When you work with us, you’re dealing with a small, close-knit team who genuinely care about doing the job right. We like being the people you can ring, message, pop in to see — and know you’ll get straight answers, honest advice and results you’re proud to put your name on. Because everything’s handled in-house — design, print production, finishing, delivery and installation — we stay in control of quality from start to finish. It also means you get quicker turnarounds, fewer headaches and one team accountable for the whole job.
Print Co officially began in early 2023, but our story goes way back. After years of working together in the print and signage world, Justin, Helen and Andy decided to combine their skills and create something better. Between us, we bring over 65 years of experience across sales, management, production and installation — and yes, we still learn something new every week. We’re proud of what we do, we enjoy the work, and we love helping businesses look their best. That’s us in a nutshell: a friendly, knowledgeable team who take your project seriously, but never ourselves too seriously.
Andy Middleton
Sales Director
Andy is a print sector veteran and has been in print for many years in Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands. He started off in general print sales (1988) but now focusses his skills in helping businesses realise the most from their investment through creative print and signage projects.
Andy loves to Network. Nothing at all to do with the free food!
If he’s not in the office, you’ll find him on the golf course or in a ‘beer’ cafe.

Helen Gaunt
Operations Director
Helen is a design graduate from NTU so anything creative is her bag from designing print and signage to corporate branding and creating imaginative office and retail space.
Helen is also our master juggler, managing the daily job flow in the factory with Justin, whilst making sure all artwork is print ready.
As a ‘details’ person, Helen likes to make sure all paperwork is in order and the client’s requirements are adhered to.
Often found on the beach leaving no stone unturned!
Justin Hallam
Production Director
Justin is the man that can. Having been a printing press operator, signage maker and fitter for many years, there aren’t many situations which Justin hasn’t seen and dealt with.
An awkward space to slot a sign into is his bread and butter. He now runs production with Helen and is just at home 50ft in the air on a cherry picker drilling holes into walls or wrapping a car with graphics.

Sarah Sloan
Office Administrator
Sarah is the hub of the office with all orders being routed through her. Sarah loves a challenge and no matter how many products and qty’s required, she’ll get the answers for the client.
Sarah loves to holiday in the UK and has been to more places across the British Isles than the rest of us put together! Her baking skills know no bounds and would put Paul Hollywood to shame!
Come and visit us on a Monday as it’s usually ‘cake day’!
Lucy Middleton
Social Media
Lucy takes care of our social media, posting pictures and videos and keeping our tone of voice fun yet professional. She posts daily and keeps us in the eye of our clients, friends and prospects.
With a passion for handbags, Lucy can often be found scouring the web for her next designer ‘carry’, although she loves a bargain too!
Never seen with the same handbag twice!
